Ophthalmic Technician
This position requires a self-motivated with a professional appearance, to assist with patient work-ups, must be proficient in obtaining medical histories, AR, VF, OCT, IOL Master, A-Scans, Refractions, Tonometry, Topography. Use of EHR a must, Nextgen helpful but not required. Knowledge of LASIK, Cataract surgery, Retina, Glaucoma, and IOL’s a plus. Requirements 1-3 years of ophthalmology/optometry experience, outstanding patient service skills, and the ability to provide clear patient education. Bilingual a must, travel required. COA or COT a plus but not required.

This position requires an experienced person to handle our call center. MUST have previous medical appointment scheduling experience. Bilingual a must. This person must have medical experience, ophthalmology/optometric preferred. Must be able to handle multi-phone lines, schedule appointments, triage calls for technicians and other departments. Person must have a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
